KPM Berlin , 1918–1988: Porcelain by Tim D. Gronert

In his three-volume work *PORZELLAN DER KPM BERLIN 1918–1988*, which has just been published by Deutscher Kunstverlag following more than a decade of research, author Tim D. Gronert devotes himself extensively, in words and images, to modern Berlin porcelain production during the seventy years between 1918 and 1988, when KPM was officially known as the “Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin” (Berlin State Porcelain Manufactory). These volumes cover the “history, artists, and works” of Berlin’s oldest company still in operation and fill a significant gap in research. > Edition: 3 lavish hardcover volumes, 24 x 30 cm, each thread-bound and presented in a slipcase, totaling 1,404 pages, approx. 2,000 illustrations > Publisher: Deutscher Kunstverlag (DKV); Edition: 1 (March 23, 2020) > Language: German
